Karim REGGAD, is a french artist with Berbero-Algero-Moroccan origins. He is an experienced Choreographer - Dancer and percussionist. Karim has been qualified as a "shaman of rhythm". He creates links between Brazilian, latin, indian and african dances... Karim is a person with a unique approach to human beings, which leads everyone to discover their creative skills and the rhythm of the body. Dance is a feast and an intense moment of laughter and friendliness.
- Fusion dances and rhythms workshop : afro, brazil, oriental, latin The body as a percussive instrument, sense of rhythm and games, basic steps and combinations, breathing and the spine, relaxation. Tue – Thu – Fri : 7 - 8.30pm Wed : 12 – 1.30pm and 2.30 - 4pm, Tea time at 1.30 – 2.30pm SYLVIA SERENA HOROU HARIS DANCE STUDIO, Andrea Araouzou 12D, Nicosia 1057 25€ per workshop – 105 € whole week
- The Art of well being : Self-osteopathy, yoga of sound, do in, relaxation Self massage based on acupuncture points, voice and breath as a means of relaxation and invigoration, management/relaxation of the spine and articulations of the body, laughter and creativity. - Training : Primitive Expression & Natural Dance Body percussion – Pedagogy of dance and rhythms – Techniques of relaxation, voice, visualisation and creativity. – Applications in pedagogy, personal development and in therapy. Waves of Silence was founded by Agni Sacca and Efe Ojelemoh, both accomplished musicians and artists. Agni is a classically trained concert pianist who has also been working with percussion and other indigenous instruments for several years now creating shows, workshops, sound journeys. Efe has extensive experience in all kinds of percussion -african, funk, latin, reggae, jazz. He is also a skilled dancer. In his shows he creates both music and choreography. Their work -a combination of these elements- aims to diffuse raw energy that will awaken people to new experiences.
